Courage to take over another installer’s rough-in

My wife & I built a house in 2004 and had worked with another installer for all low voltage: music, video and a 60 port gigabit TCPIP network. The first installer did the rough in and failed miserably mid-project.TC came in and took on the project not really knowing what the 1st installer had done correctly. With his help we have full house audio, a great TCPIP network and video where we'd like it.He continues to give us good service 5 years on, keeping us up to date on the latest options, but not really pushing it. He's also been quite open to our suggestions on changes and improvements. The latest was tying a Mac Mini into the Elan house audio as an MP3 player. Not standard, but his creativity got it hooked in & working. Music is easier and better than ever now.

Installation in weekend home a winner

TC did a significant install on our weekend place in 2007 which involved multi-room audio (outdoor as well), multisource functionality (cd, ipod, cable, tuner, etc) centrally controlled and a HD viewing room. The end product was just what we needed and he was able to guide us through the process ahead of time to make the most appropriate choices. The work was done very efficiently and the few "issues" that inevitably crop up after install, were resolved on his final sight visit. He remains on call whenever we need him. I can highly recommend TC Cagle.

Movie Fan

ProDigital set up my home theater and I am very pleased with the results. Everything works as it should and the follow up service from TC has been outstanding. In addition to the home theater TC put music on our patio and in the master bedroom.

Commercial A/V Service

We are pleased with TC's responsiveness and attention to detail. He has resolved some problems which other A/V service companies were unable or unwilling to tackle. He is able to deliver on what he promises and knows his limits when presented with unusual systems. We always call TC first.

Theater Room

Several years ago my wife and I set out to build our dream home. We designed the home our way to meet our needs. One of my dreams to have a theater room. We talked and interviewed several specialists. TC Cagle was one of them. We made the decision to go with TC. Not only did he do our theater room, he did the entire audio/video of the whole house. He took the time to explain in detail every step he was going to do. He was very contious about keeping us informed every step of the way. We are very pleased with the final outcome of the project. TC continues to keep in touch with us on a regular basis. He has gone above and beyond. Thank you TC.

WOW! I am so impressed. Unfortunately, I've become a couch potato--I don't want to leave my new system. TC's work is excellent, and so clean. We have been lucky finding someone who seems to care about our set-up like it was his own. Anything that needed correcting was done immediately. He really backs up his commitment to good service.
